Vivian Chigozie-Nmonwu is a tax, financial governance, and enterprise advisory professional with over 23 years of experience across tax advisory, accounting, financial reporting, regulatory compliance, audit, and enterprise systems implementation.

She is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Vi-M Professional Solutions Limited, a professional services and technology firm focused on digital tax infrastructure, enterprise systems advisory, regulatory compliance, and financial governance solutions.

Vivian previously served as a Tax Manager at Deloitte Nigeria, where she was part of the pioneering team implementing tax accounting solutions for IFRS adoption in Nigeria and contributed to the development of transfer pricing advisory services within the firm.

Throughout her career, she has advised numerous multinational corporations, financial institutions, government entities, and growth-stage businesses on tax strategy, financial governance, regulatory compliance, and enterprise operational transformation.
